We are excited to announce "The Lofts at CHP," a transformative initiative aimed at addressing the critical need for affordable housing in our community. This project will involve the conversion of an existing assisted living facility into modern, accessible apartments designed specifically to serve the seniors (age 55+) and adults with special needs.
The development will consist of a mix of 1-bedroom and studio apartments, each thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, safety, and accessibility. The Lofts will offer a supportive and inclusive environment, ensuring that residents can enjoy their independence while having access to essential services and amenities.
By repurposing the current facility, CHP is not only preserving a valuable community asset but also creating much-needed affordable housing options for some of our most vulnerable populations.
