Middle Tennessee has an extreme challenge; keeping up with the increase in housing prices for its residents that are making less than the median income for our HUD Metropolitan area.
Land is expensive and builders that are able to create options for this income level are non-existent. This is where CHP has become one of our county's greatest assets. As one of only four affordable housing developers in the area, we have managed to obtain land to fulfill our mission of keeping our residents and workers at-home in Middle Tennessee. We are keeping our school teachers close to their students, keeping our medical professionals close to their patients, and keeping our policemen and fire fighters close to putting out fires and protecting our families.
