Partnering with Group Homes

Community Housing Partnership (CHP) collaborates with many organizations and group homes to address the housing needs of vulnerable populations. Group homes are residential facilities that provide supportive housing for individuals with specific needs, such as individuals experiencing homelessness, those with mental health challenges, or individuals in recovery from substance abuse. CHP works closely with these group homes to provide affordable and stable housing solutions for their residents. By partnering with these organizations, CHP ensures that individuals in need have access to safe and supportive housing environments that promote stability, well-being, and community integration. Through these collaborations, whereby CHP builds the house and the partner organizations run the program, we are able to play a vital role in expanding the availability of quality housing options for vulnerable populations and fostering inclusive and supportive communities.

Recognizing the unique challenges faced by women reentering society after incarceration, Oak Cottage provides a comprehensive range of services to facilitate their successful transition. In addition to affordable housing options, the program offers specialized support tailored to the needs of these women. By focusing on the specific needs of women transitioning from prison, Oak Cottage aims to provide them with the tools, support, and opportunities necessary to reintegrate into society, rebuild their lives, and thrive in their newfound freedom.
